I miss.. The old me. A man who is free and feel like his the top of the world but reality pull him down right to the core of the earth from this people. Hesitate to do what he always wanted to do in life. In this modern world it's not that fighting physically that you gain something but by wisdom and humilate the weak that they win the war. For that I'm in the losing side.

We gone through countless outfield and mission, the never ending trek to Ama Keng. Gruelling climbing up the staircase with our combat load and now is finally the time we exprience brunei first hand.

Some say thay Brunei the pinnacle of an infanteer' life .We have been the underdogs for so long and it's time for Alpha coy to out shine I believe whatever thoughts and ponder in our head.. we all going thru this together, not just me but everyone and one more thing Mind>Body.

Chicken Little and Me

We all were nervous weather we can finish the route march but we made thru our determination to reach our final goal. It was great how my friend here can endure it. It show that if the weakest man on the battalion can do it so do everyone, it's all in the mind. BMT have finish but my journey won't stop from there I still got a long way to go. I will go mission after mission with heavy terrain and obstacles to overcome.

Here's abit of science to you. Did you know we have a happy hormones and they are divide into 2. Serotonin, which produced in the day Melatonin at night. If you happy during the day and sleep early during the night then your happy hormones should be working fine. If you fail to keep this up then you will intend to be grumpy.

Low levels of Serotonin:

Depression
Addiction
Violence & Fatigue (Need to work on that)
Sleeping Long hours
Feeling Worthless and lack of interest.

What we can do is exercise, sleep 8 hours and try to put ocean waves sound on your MP3 while you asleep.

Soldier Boy and Nat's Birthday

Hello blogger! It's been a while that I last post this...

1 month 4 days I become a soldier. It not an easy job but I will get thing done a.s.a.p. Torture and vulgarities is a way of life in army that I have to say. I met all different kind of people with different background. It's cool though how fortunate i am when hearing thier story and I met some good friends too. We help each other along the way when we are at our worst moment. We bear the pain together. TOGETHER WE CAN! ALPHA!! HAHA this is our motto. :)

Most are the seargent are good but some will try to bring you down, well they just try to make us stronger and yes we did. There were once I had to confined for 3 weeks and I tell you it's not the training that torture but the love ones is torturing to feel miss that someone. Family and friends that you feel the most. hmmm enough of army.

I went out with the pills today celebrating nat's birthday party. Before that we went to beach road cause achap want to buy stuff then head to causeway point to buy nat's birthday gift and it's a perfume. hmm nice. haha!

grump grump~~ food is calling us and we ate chickeeeen!! It was so nice to eat really good food for so long that I keep on going.yump yump yump! Without stopping from there, we head to sembawang park to meet nat. Met the the lovely family and we sit down to eat again, can call me fat man! haha! play some games and chat some of their family. Then home sweet home. :)

Me and my family went to see my relative right after our prayer, went to alot of houses and now

my legs are hurt and im walking like jelly. haha! Then we try out the different type of Kuih that

It's all start with words and follow by action. This is the way of communication. If all of this goes
well, I believe everything will go smoothly but I'm just the opposite of it not an anti-social but
sometime I just say it wrong or do an action that might someone hate me or feeling insecure at
certain point of time. I just got to be caution of what I'm saying, it might just hurt someone.
That's why I'm quite at times cause I'm scared being too frankly speaking could be a bad thing.

I went out with The Safarians today. Well it was sure impromptu for this but HELL YEAH!! I had great time. Met Haili and my bro having our late lunch at Vivo and and met the rest at Plaza Sing. It's been awhile I seen them, rasa rindu already. haha

It's was so impromtu, nal plan to go cycling to lau pat sat. Our journey start at clementi
Then set off to no where, we don't even plan the routes, just the path way that lead us the way.
It's was raining. Thus we still go on.

Next stop.Clarke Quay. G-Max was cool-ness. That adrenaline rush was great. I cant described in words. Speechless. Just great. haha. Then we went off to lau pat sat to have a dinner there. Then went off to home.

Met the happypills exclude anissa of certain reason. Then went off to vivo to watch movie call rec 2. It was scary gila but gerek. Bestie plan to go haw par villa but it was close so we walk back to west coast. Sorry Bestie one day kite pergi Haw Par Villa ok. :)

But then, due to a 'family emergency', 65dos cancelled their shows, leaving all of us, together with our Asian friends.... disappointed...

Mont Pelee after eruption.

In 1902, there was 29000 happy people living in Mont Pelee.
Around 8 am in morning a volcano erupted the place within minutes. All the people was kill expect for one suviror who is a prisoner.

It kinda scary within minutes how natural disaster can kill you that fast.

Quest for Immortality(Mummy)

I saw this Mummy poster at town so I went to call Nurul if she interested , yea she does. so yesterday morning went to see the Mummy at National Museum. Upon arriving at dhob gaut a sudden feel of hunger and so we went to eat first at Macdonald. Nurul request for Mcspicy's steam bun but instead she give a normal bun where there's sesame seed on top. She don't like it that way. hmmph oh well, that's the longest breakfast we had, we took an hour to finish it, I guess we don't eat to much in the morning.

Without any suspense, we went to the museum. We were a bit scared cause she don't have Student ID or not she got to pay $15. With a bit nervous going there I ask for 2 tickets and she told us next time bring your student ID alright. Then we got 2 tickets for free.As happy I can be we rush over there and Nurul was curious if there any real Mummy? still a question in our mind.. still a mystery tho..

Yesterday went to work, thought of working till 11 but just got extend till 12.
There it goes my new year at work! haha but kinda cool, for the very first time countdown at work.
haha Shouted "2010 HERE I COME!!" ahh feeling that satisfaction. nice man! :)
After that met Hairul then went straight to henderson waves to meet my friends there.
When we arrived there, they ask us to play Daeramon uno from pasar malam, looks cute ah, i want to buy! Just play all kind of games then Tini decided to go home cause she got plans during the morning so we guys decided to stay over night at my friend's house and rigth now I'm using his lappie. everyone is alseep and I'm still awake -_-!

I will always remember this number 22.90! haha!

Monday 21 December.
Went jogging in the morning with great song on my creative. bayek!!
after a few hours went to call up my friend to chill out at void deck for a while.

Arrived there and they don't have it' so we just look around

I had fun doing raya. meet up my relatives and famliy but it's been tiring for the pass two days.
