Here's abit of science to you. Did you know we have a happy hormones and they are divide into 2. Serotonin, which produced in the day Melatonin at night. If you happy during the day and sleep early during the night then your happy hormones should be working fine. If you fail to keep this up then you will intend to be grumpy.
Low levels of Serotonin:
- Depression
- Addiction
- Violence & Fatigue (Need to work on that)
- Sleeping Long hours
- Feeling Worthless and lack of interest.
What we can do is exercise, sleep 8 hours and try to put ocean waves sound on your MP3 while you asleep.
